Comerica needs to step into current trends of the banking industry throughout all their branches. This particular location I frequent only for convenience, as it’s less than a 10 minute drive from my home. This bank is limited with online banking options and is rather inconvenient. This branch is pretty sad that the company has failed to upgrade this location. The equipment n drive up is dated, the atm set up is set up like a scene from a scary movie (doesn’t feel secure/safe). They don’t even pay for them to have armed security. Plenty of visits I’ve not seen security present. Drum Roll, for the top of my list… I Today was the 2nd day I went to attempt to withdraw cash from atm & wasn’t able to. I was able to walk-in today and when I asked about the issue, the staff member looks at me like she had no idea why the machine wasn’t working. After I explained behavior of the atm machine. She then says.. ohh it’s like out of money. How are you the only bank in the area and DO NOT have cash in your ATM! 🤦🏾♀️ … just sad & very disappointing.

Every time I come here something goes wrong or the bank tellers have a bad attitude. Today, 10/21/16 @ 3:45pm, because I don't have an account with the bank, my check was not cashed, allegedly the system was down. The funny thing, Jessica asked me if I had an account before telling me the system was down. I then informed her, why have the bank open! Jessica didn't explain, just looked at me crazy. It's always this bank. I'll never ever do business with this bank! I'll talk to my boss and tell him to switch bank. This would of never happened at Wells Fargo or Bank of America. Good luck people.

I’ve been with Comerica for 6 years now and this location by no fault of the employees is the filthiest location I’ve ever been to. Typically Comerica is very clean but this one is old, the atm area you have to get out of your car for because it’s in a isolated area and it smells awful like pee and there’s trash everywhere. The atm through the drive through doesn’t work, and the place simply looks old. Definitely not the image I would expect of this local prominent bank. Customer service often times reflects how the building looks, not the best but tolerable.
