Honestly, I would NEVER rent from them. They are an extremely shady company and the staff there is completely incompetent. Hidden fees, large balloon payment at the end, never able to speak with a supervisor, really shady. Go elsewhere.
I don't think they have a shuttle I may be wrong. It's about a 20 min job
You can use a credit or debit card. There is a $200 security hold on top of the cost of the rental that is returned. Debit cards require 24 hour advance reservation and require a soft credit check. There are fees for drivers under 25 and additional drivers. Lastly, you will need a driver's license that matches the name on the payment card
