No, your own shopping @ the grocery store w/ a strict list of foods. The program is about teaching yourself how to shop and eat.
Its not covered by insurance, and costs a few hundred dollars to get started. Not for the faint of heart. I did it and loved it! Worth every penny!
It costs almost $700 for the first 8 weeks. It includes a 600 calorie diet, which is why you lose weight!
