worst apartment experience ever. everything in the apartment broke at some point during the year, to the ice machine, to the ac, to lights, to the garbage disposal, etc. and maintenance just doesn’t show up. i’ve had to buy bagged ice the past 2 months despite multiple maintenance requests because my ice machine has not been fixed. the water boiler broke at least 3 times throughout the year, and i’ve had freezing cold water for over a week (includes laundry, dishes, and showers) multiple times and the staff doesn’t address it and fixes it in around 2 weeks without any email or communication. the ac for the building has been broken for around a week and it’s 100+ degrees outside. there has been no communication about it. the parking garage gate for both garages was open and unenforced all year despite that fact i was paying hundreds of dollars extra to park there. my car was vandalized bc there is no gate or security and the office said “this has happened to other cars it’s been brought to our attention” and didn’t do anything else. the elevators also break constantly and for over a week i had to take the stairs up and down 12 flights because no elevators were working. there is also no security. the pool was also open maybe 2 months total the entire year and was closed for the rest of the year/ the entire summer with no communication from the office about a reopening. they made up excuses to close the pool so they didn’t have to maintain it. with all the other options for apartments, i don’t know why anyone would even consider luna. it is literally a sh*t hole.

Only lived here 6 months but had a better experience than what the negative reviews are saying. My roommates were great and it was cheaper than the 3 buildings nearby for right next to U of A. They referred me to a great moving & storage partner of theirs (Sendy Storage) to come pick up & store my stuff for move-out, and the front office staff was helpful. Overall I enjoyed my time living here, thanks

First, there is NO security. They advertise it, but there isn't any. They had security for about 1 month. There is no one in the front lobby so the doors are not being manned either. Three times packages have been said they were delivered to the office, but the management said they never were. One was left lying by her door. How did Amazon get in to deliver a package to an apartment if you are supposed to be able to get in? When we moved in, there was writing on the door, the bathroom had mold, and the place was not cleaned. We took pictures. Management didn't respond. 1) Hire security 2) Answer your phones 3) Return phone calls 4) Clean the apartments before you rent them.

DONT LIVE HERE!!! BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL TIME! We haven’t had A/C for 4 months. We have put in countless maintenance orders. No response. The people in the office are useless, might as well just be talking to a wall. If you order a package there’s a 50% chance you will never be seeing that package. Elevators were broken for weeks. Had to walk up 13 floors multiple times a day for weeks. The hallways are always filled with garbage, gyms are disgusting, pool never gets cleaned. Everything they advertise on their website is false. The owner of Sol y Luna is “Nelson Partners” and they are going broke. We get charged upwards of $1200 a month and we can’t even get basic service here. If I could sue I would. I can’t stress this enough. DON’T LIVE HERE!!!!
