One of the nicer apartment complexes in this area of Tucson for the price. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment. Has washer/dryer in unit which is great. The only complaint I have is the floors must be paper thin. The person who lives above me literally sounds like Hulk walking around and is continuously moving and slamming things down. Other than that, I would recommend.

Never sent me my security deposit even after calling and sending multiple emails. They just ignored me and kept saying they’d look into it.

The gate has been broken for a month leading to it constantly being left open (even at night), a vehicle was stolen, and the pool is consistently closed or in need of service. The gate, which was the key selling point for this property given the area should never have been broken for so long (1 month so far). In the time since it was broken, a motorcycle has been stolen and multiple shopping carts have been left around the property. (Update: Gate was repaired on 9/30/21 but has been broken AGAIN since 10/10/2021.) Pool was GREEN for about a week, and is either intermittently closed or just disgusting otherwise. As of 10/12/2021 the hot tub has bugs and leaves in it, and the hot water/ bubble jets do not work. It has been this way for weeks. Fire alarms go off frequently and at one point, the manager refused to unlock the front office for the fire department leading them to use forcible entry with an axe. The rooms are nice, but issues never get fixed. Since I moved in, there has been a drip coming from my AC unit. Despite putting in multiple work tickets over the course of months, the issue has never been resolved.

I'm a current resident and honestly the apartments are okay but the amount of times my AC has broken since moving here in March, 2021 (its been 5 Months) its unacceptable. The first week of moving in my spouse and I didn't have AC for a two WEEK. I shouldn't be stuck on a lease paying rent for an apartment that always has some type of issue.
