Zero Stars they call this Luxury living i still have 20 year old Appliances. And now we have to pay for trash and water....... Trash sometimes is over flowing..... Water leaks are everywhere so we as residence. not only have to pay a rent increase but pay for water n trash....... We have lived here for over 20 years.and now looking for a new place to live. How unfortunate.

Mission Creek is a really nice apartment complex. Ricardo and Martha were extremely helpful in getting everything ready for move in. They made the process easy with their courteous and professional customer service. This is the first complex where I honestly feel that the management really cares about tenants. Had a maintenance request and it was completed the same afternoon. Apartment was clean and in great condition. Spacious and in a great location. I really enjoy living here!

The beginning experience has been great. The office staff is very professional, courteous and patient. They're very understanding and sincere. I recently had an issue with the apartment and the office staffs action was surprisingly amazing, they did everything possible to make me feel at home, their swift action says tons on their commitment for their tenants.
