Sima’s behavior in the pharmacy has been incredibly unprofessional. She frequently “forgets” my disabled mother’s prescription until the very end of the day. Today she refused to fill a prescription when it had been sent by the doctor 1 week before. She immediately yelled and made threatening gestures at my mother when we simply asked for the medication. She made defamatory claims that my mother causes problems for her every month. When we spoke to the manager he justified her actions and screaming stating she had to yell at us because “we couldn’t hear her over the mask”. He even suggest that she had probable cause to treat us in such a manner because we probably provoked her in some way. This incident gave my mother a panic attack and the manager looked the other way. The pharmacist is putting my mother’s health at risk and both she and the manager have no regard for a person’s well being. It’s appears many people complain about this woman and the manager refuses to rectify the situation. It is very unethical to deny a person their medication and even cause their health further harm. I hope Lucky investigates Sima’s behavior and unethical conduct.

This is a super nice store! If you haven't shopped here, you should. It isn't usually crowded, and has both unusual things and the regular things as well. Plus the floors are super nice, and they have a fresh orange juicer. Produce is always very good. Prices similar to safeway.

There's been some great changes in this Lucky's store this past year. Prices seem more reasonable and they have really expanded on food items for those of us with food allergies. If your dairy free and gluten free this store works very well now. Our family also appreciates the expanded options of organic fruits and vegetables. Thank you.

I absolutely love shopping at Lucky's I love how friendly everyone is their the customer service is great the food is always fresh I feel welcomed there. I absolutely have no complaints they have amazing sushi bar I highly recommend it. I'm so sad that I've been living in Concord for almost nine years and I always drove past Lucky's but I never bothered to go inside till recently and now I always go to Lucky's , you don't even have to be a member to get the discounts!
