Prompt and friendly service. Have problem with our printer (see the attached picture), and they came in , took the toner out, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and the service fee is very reasonable. Also found out that they sell and lease printers, and they are very knowledgeable about what printer suit your needs. Highly recommend for anyone who has printer issues or want to buy or lease a printer.

I had Dave over to set our printer/copier/scanner over our job site. He did not leave until he made sure we had all our computers able to print scan and copy. We had some power issues since our power was not installed and we had to troubleshoot at our end taking upwards of 2 hours to make the installation because of power issues with the generator. He was patience courteous and took the time to show us how to add new users and install the printer drive to new users in their computer so they could print remotely and locally. I highly recommend the services of OMS, their customer service is unsurpassed as well as the dedication to make sure all is working before they leave. Thank you Dave
