Friday is a bad day. Friday by 10:30am the lineup is really long (an hour wait). Only two counters, each case takes >10min on average. By 11am the line is absurd. Fills the elevator waiting area to the doors of the business across the hall. They don’t take credit cards. Cash or cheque. 2022.08.05 Hours are 9am-12noon. $9 for return mail fee. Very walkable (nice 15 min walk) from Spheres.

The staff was very disrespectful and rude. Over the multiple calls I had with TECO there attitude worsened. Simple clarifying questions were met with a "I told you this already" and "you should already know this" . To make things worse they didn't even answer the questions and the bare minimum effort was given.

Their website says the office hours are M-F 9:00-17:00. No where on the website mentions their counter services only operates for M-F 9-12. I called in advance to confirm the hours because I am from out of town and it takes me more than 4 hours one way to get to Seattle. They never returned my repeated calls (the phone message says they are short of staff). I had planned one day trip and got there at early afternoon. I ended up having to find a hotel to stay overnight. The next day I went, the officer there was so knowledgable, friendly, nice, efficient and I got what I need to get done. Just please update your website to be clear. That should be so easy to do.

My partner and I had to use TECO recently to get medical forms authenticated, and to get a visa. With TECO being closed, we thought this might take a long time to get our forms back to us. We were pleasantly surprised that both times we mailed them forms, we got them back in nearly one or two days. I'm truly impressed by their efficiency. Thank you for your speediness, and help! You all are great at your jobs.
