I was so impressed with the friendliness and the ease of shopping the store. I had gone to home depot previously and could not tolerate the rudeness of the customers and the employees much less the Disorganization. The Home Depot seems to have a large in stock variety of items compared to Lowe's but nothing I needed that Lowes didn't have. I will continue to shop this store

I came in to purchase a craftsman tool box and I was helped out by a very kind older gentleman. My wallet might not have been happy afterwards, but I was. I would highly recommend lowes and for help the gentleman whose name I didn't get.

Stay away from Lowe's for your large purchases that require delivery. We ordered a generator on May 19th. They were supposed to deliver on the 28th, between 8am and 8pm. I stayed at home until 1pm. My father-in-law and others were home after that. The delivery truck showed up. My father-in-law signed for the generator. Then the driver just left without dropping off the delivery. We called the delivery folks and asked what happened and they said they didn't know, "Did you reject it?", but that they would get the driver to come back. Nothing happened. We called again. They said they would try to deliver the next day. Nope. We called back and they said that they would deliver the following day. Nope. I called again, now we're 4 days past the promised delivery date. Let me also say, calls to Lowe's don't get answered right away. If your hold time is over 15 minutes, the system hangs you up at 15 minutes. I called three times, waited, in one case I had someone pick up the phone and hang it up. I finally talked to (manager) Al Ruelas. It was a Tuesday. He said that they couldn't ship it any sooner than on Thursday. He promised to make sure it was delivered on Thursday. Thursday came. We stayed home. That was yesterday. Delivery window of 11am-11pm. At 10pm, the tracking page said that it was delayed. It did not get delivered. You'd expect a call early the next day (today) to tell you what happened and that they are on their way and that we'd be the first in line for delivery. Nope. Nothing. I called Lowe's and went through two sets of wait times before we got a person, and then got transferred to Charles (a manager, we were told). Charles said that he could not get it delivered today, but it would be delivered tomorrow. I am so tired of this game of "not today, but for sure tomorrow!" I ordered on May 19th. Delivery was promised on June 28th. Today is June 3.
