Yes.. in theory. In practice however, enforcement of not allowing potential shoppers to shop is real, after 5 minutes of standing inside near the unstaffed service desk, I was told that there are no masks available, not for purchase nor for free and that I should walk to CVS. Half mile away I found out on Google. They didn't actually know where CVS was... carts, baskets not wiped from what I saw, but lots of sanitizer containers and towels laying around on tables by the doors. Janitor following people into restrooms using dirty broom to spread virus/bacteria/spores around but no use of sanitizer on handles, flush levers, or doors. Odd how people think contamination works. Pasteur is rolling about his grave I'm sure.
Carts are wiped. Masks are required. Hand sanitizers are available at check out.
