MY first time visiting and I must say that we will be back. It was enjoyable, peaceful, a board walk for fishing, Bar-B-Q grills...ducks...just a really nice place!

Cute little park in Charles County. Not a lot of people know about this, which is great, so not too many crowds! There is a lake with a floating dock, which is great for fishing and just sitting and enjoying the water. There is a pavilion and some picnic tables around the lake to enjoy picnics ans small get togethers. There is a one mile walking trail around the lake.

We really enjoy going for walks to Tilghman Lake Park, there is a nice trail, approximately 1 mile long for a relaxing walk around the lake. This is also a great place for picnics and celebrations, large covered pavilion with tables and path leading to the water float on the lake. The water float is great for fishing. The best part is, not too many people know about this so it's not too crowded!

Great running atmosphere, and very chill place to go if you just want to enjoy the day outside. Connects to Laurel Springs Park via a trail on the Tilghman Lake Loop.

There is no camping at Tilghman park located in Laplata, MD in Charles Cty.
No charge, you can kayak but it's not very big

It is year round but not overnight
That's what I've seen....new floating dock has tie-up for boats...just wondering. I have an inflatable kayak that might be fun to fish from.....
The one by the water you will have to reserve at the Town Hall and the one by the park is first come
