I had a first-rate experience with their service department this evening. Upon coming into the store with a newly purchased bike seat but the post my bike had was incompatible. They resolved the problem by providing me with a universal post! Diameter initially was a concern but they provided a connector to address that. They were wonderful, helpful and this was in the last 30 minutes of their day. Highly recommend Conte's Falls Church!

Totally outstanding customer service. I had a minor issue with my bike i purchased from Contes. I pulled in off the W&OD trail and these guys sorted out the problem on the spot. Their attention to detail is amazing. Do not hesitate to buy and or service your bike at this LBS.

Everyone in this bike shop is super helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Bob for all his help getting my Specialized Vado working properly. Mike and Ethan deserve a shout out as well. They also have a nice selection of bikes. I highly recommend Conte's at Falls Church for all your biking needs.

They were very knowledgeable when I went, best thing to do is go in and get an estimate, hard to diagnose possibilities without actually seeing the bike/damage

Yes An Ebike is not considered a motor vehicle under legal definition. long as It's class 3 or under and has pedals. I would not go above 15mph and be courteous of joggers and walkers.

Do you guys sell stationary recumbent exercise bikes?

No, they do not. But, if you call during business hours, it may be something they can order for you or point you in the right direction. They're a pretty relaxed group there.
