Yes An Ebike is not considered a motor vehicle under legal definition. long as It's class 3 or under and has pedals. I would not go above 15mph and be courteous of joggers and walkers.
Great answer and advice by Jason! All of the eBikes we sell are legal to use on the trials, including the W&OD.
