I have lived here for 8 years and the best part of my experience here is dealing with Lisa and Heather . The reason for this is due to both ladies experience in management and professionalism and wonderful personalities. They are very warm,caring,and kind beyond all measure to myself and others that live here and have mentioned to me their same feelings. Whenever I have a problem I can call the office and know that they will help me every time. Everything here has been done in a timely fashion with no need to make multiple calls,. That is due to Lisa and Heather experience in the field . This has been my best experience. Fermin is so quick & perfect in all his repairs and personable. Thank you for so much. Lynda P.

Just moved in to Cimarron place and I am beyond happy. Leasing staff is very nice then when I got to my new apartment they had a goodie basket for me as well as a welcome home sign. I was over the moon happy!!! The next day as I was walking to the office and ran into maintenance, Fermin, and he let me know they had gone to lunch but he was happy to help me, in which he met each of my needs!! Fermin and Heather are absolute sweet hearts and I’m looking forward to met the rest of the staff on this property because they’re probably just as amazing. Nothing but great things to say.
