Sun River is good for the most part but I have requested window maintenance at least 4 times in the past year due to water pooling and then leaking under my windowsill when it rains. The windowsill is in terribly warped condition (and was when I moved in). To be fair, Maintenance is dispatched fairly quickly but the repair attempts have not solved it. I’m becoming frustrated and always worry when it rains. Otherwise, the office staff is pleasant.

I lived here for two years and these were by far the best apartments I have ever lived in. The office staff is so friendly and kind. Such a great community to live in. The apartments are great and I had plenty of space in a one bedroom. I also loved having a washer and dryer in my apartment. Highly, highly recommend!

Sun River Apartments are well kept, well managed, and overall a beautiful place to be. Amy in the front office is a godsend, everyone who works there is great, but she will always go above and beyond to be professional and courteous. She definitely made my life easier living there, definitely would recommend living here!
