Major props to the lady working the front desk and maintanence! They have been kind, attentive, and patient to all my needs thus far! Unfortunately this place has gone downhill from what it used to be. Every year that I’ve lived here has gotten consecutively worse. First I want to say that the front office staff is extremely nice and they have to deal with a lot. They work really hard. Currently, upper management is in the process of cosmetically “updating” the complex, painting and applying new apartment numbers, while we’ve had at least SIXTEEN water shut-offs (that I’ve been able to keep track of) since New Years (1/22). They also planted bushes, as well as bolted a piece of sheet metal, in order to BLOCK a major walkway, used by dozens of people for parking and accessibility. I’ve had maintenance requests not addressed, multiple noise complaints against neighbors in the few years I’ve been here. In my previous apartment in this complex, I had a window that wouldn’t close during the summer. Called maintenance to come help me close it, only for them never to address it until I moved out. Most recently, I’ve asked twice have some routine maintenance done on my AC before the hottest part of the year comes, and no one has come for about 3 weeks. When maintenance DOES show up, they usually cause more issues than before. For example in my most current apartment, I had them come fix my ceiling fan that was shorting out, only for them to take my fan completely, and replace it with a light bulb. Then suggest that I “buy a tower fan”, after they just took my only source of air movement. This apartment complex has the capability to be a hidden gem, they really do. The grounds itself are quiet, relatively clean, and the area around here is very nice. The staff works really hard to please everyone. But not having water for 2+ weeks total, as well as having multiple maintenance issues makes it really hard to call a place home.

I have lived here for over 6 years now and have enjoyed my time here. The office staff, Arrianna and Brianna are really good at their jobs and are very helpful and pleasant to be around. The maintenance staff, Julio, Ron, and Chase are very professional and well mannered when they come on service calls too. The grounds are beautiful and my neighbors are awesome and will probably live here for the near future.

Loved living here. The neighbors were amazing. Office staff was amazing AND always accommodating and worked with us on everything. Everything was clean and peaceful. Maintenance is consistent and prompt. Financial circumstances forced us to leave and they've still gone above and beyond to work with us. Only one complaint: not enough parking space. Many times it was either park illegally in gravel and risk getting towed or park in an empty reserved space and risk getting towed. That was the only negative during my time here.
