Maintenance is a huge problem! If something is broken or needs maintenance repair just be prepared to wait as long as 30+ days to even get to see maintenance person come check it out! and the fact that the residents dont pick up the trash scattered around the trash cans from having kids take out the trash but instead leave it so that it may blow all around the parking lots is just ridiculous and it makes the community look DISGUSTING!

Living in all areas of Tucson most my life this is the worst complex ever and in all honesty it's not the complex at all it's strictly the new management. Whatever you do do not move in here!! Unanswered maintenance calls, electronic locks w gps trackers controlled by the office.. out-of-state management company that takes no responsibility for the untrained workers that sit behind the desk who always say contact the management company if you have a problem. I have left over 27 messages in the past 3 months not a one has been responded to. Research the management company before you rent here it's appalling what they do to people.

I called to apply to these apartments and was told they had a studio available for $800 a month. I was sure I wanted to move here. When I went to the property they told me they had no studios available. I applied for the studio the day before expecting the cost to be $50 for the application. Nope. They charged me $600 administrative fee on top of the application. I called to let them know that I no longer had an interest in moving in and wanted my money back. The receptionist told me I had to call back to the same number for a manager. I called back and no one answered for 20 minutes! I charged back their fee and they call me months later to tell me I they have an apartment available after I already moved into a new one. Now I'm down $600 and they're sending me to a collection agency called hunter warfield and owe them $233. I NEVER EVEN SAW THE INSIDE OF AN APARTMENT. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. Absolutely insane. Don't move here.

I am a local advocate for low income, disabled , and veterans. My client left the apartment per the lease contract and left to new apartment with new contract. The villas called after a few months of to complain about some squatters that moved in and for my client to get them out or face eviction. The only problem is My client has not lived at the villas for months and has a new place and new contract. Her contract was met and was finished. The villas should have had their maintenance workers keep the doors locked and keep squatters out. My client has all of the paperwork that proves she moved out and signed a paper saying she will not be renewing the lease. She is not responsible for the lease when it ended months ago. I look forward meeting villas manager and the judge to present our side of facts and show how we met her end of the lease contract. Keep your paper work For your protection.
