Edit to 1 star after a few months of living here because the community is absolutely awful. There are groups of children that run up and down the stairs right next to my door screaming and fighting each other with sticks. They threw firecrackers at my dog and no one did anything about it. No way am I living another year next to all of these horribly inconsiderate and mean families. Not sure where these kids parents are because they are putting themselves in danger loudly constantly and no one listens to me. I would never ever bring kids to this place. I moved in a few months ago and the staff here has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Any issues I have had they addressed almost immediately, and the unit is comfortable and clean. Denise in the office was an enormous help in getting us approved and maintenance has always been very nice. We had a leak coming from our fridge and they promptly replaced it with a new one, and having a team of pest control workers available helps give me peace of mind. *Too bad the friendly staff can't keep control of the animals that live here. Can't get any sleep when dozens of kids are screaming right next to all my windows. Can't wait for the lease to end.

The office can get really busy but anytime I’ve gone in there the staff has always been friendly. Denise has always helped me with any issue and she is very professional. She is amazing!

To begin if you need them to fix something for you, they take a long time to do it and apart from that they do it wrong and they want to be very strict in the pay but they don't help you at all, they're just waiting for the opportunity to collect more money from you. I have a hole in the door that was not fixed, there was a leak in the bathroom and they took them months to fix it and I struggled for almost 3 years with my air conditioning.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been living in the complex for the past 14 months. I recently upgraded from a 1bed/1bath to a 3bed/2baths . I had a little bit of a delay with the transfer BUT the management team went above and beyond to make sure I did not get the raw end of the deal. So much so, that they told me not to worry about cleaning the carpets in my old apartment. I ended up getting my full deposit back. Whenever I had an issue with something breaking or not working properly, they reply to my request for service within 24 hours. All in all, I really love my apartment. It is comfortable and it fits my needs perfectly. I would totally recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a nice and affordable place!

I look into this place and got a tour and I was told by one of the tour guides that you guys include water, trash, sewer, and cable, for your utilities. Or is that just sell on gig just to get people to move in ?

They add a charge for water, sewer and trash on top of the rent. On your own for cable, internet, and electric.
