Avoid this place like the plague. New management company and all they care about is your $. Had no access to the pool for over a month, their response was oh well. They're raising rents in some cases almost double and for the area this complex is in it isn't worth it. I will be leaving as soon as my lease expires. This in no way is a reflection of the office and maintenance personal. They are awesome.

I’ve been here four years and like my studio. People are decent and the staff is great. We have some annoying guys with loud cars, but that’s my only complaint. I don’t give perfect scores, so three stars is pretty good. I’m on a fixed income, so I don’t know what I will do if the rent gets much higher, what with costs going up. It makes me nervous about the future. I’ve got nowhere to go and can’t afford to move.

Been living here since July 2021 (it is currently January 2022) I absolutely love this place. The neighbors are friendly and the office staff is wonderful. I put in a maintenance request a few months ago and I got a response the next day and within a week the issue was fixed. Sadly the area isn't the best so I would recommend extra precautions, such as cameras in your windows, I had my license plate stolen and my boyfriend's car was broken into, however, that's not necessarily something the staff can fix which is why I'm not docking them a star for it just something to be aware about if you're planning on moving here. The laundry room is always clean and there are plenty of machines. Not to mention the complex is pretty quite, I think the loudest it gets is when maintenance is cleaning up leaves with a leaf blower. I have definitely been enjoying my time here!

My apartment floded because of a pipe that broke behind the toilet. This was a week after I moved in. The toilet ran for the entire lease term. The managers at the time (Lisa and Jacob) never ordered the carpet to be professionally cleaned. A year after, in comes Ariel as manager. Ariel took my $200 to pay for one month and a half of water usage (which is calculated based on the usage of the entire community, something I do not think is fair), to professionally clean the carpet that was stained due to the pipe that broke for lack of proper maintenance (and was never professionaly cleaned by the complex), and to pay for things that are normal wear and tear, Not damages. I returned the apartment in better conditions that it was given to me, and that is how I was repaid by Ariel. Not fair. Also, they never offered any help with rent during the pandemic, and after the pandemic, they increased my rent. I think that shows a true lack of empathy and sensibility. This company is money hungry and Ariel was announced a someone that has been in the company for many years, so she is complicit in their practices. Also, before Ariel came in, a weirdo with his face tatooed tried to enter the pool while I was there by myself. The office was closed because it was a weekend. I did not open the gate for the man because he had no key. The guy jumped the fence and I went away. I reported the issue to Jacob. After Ariel came in as manager, someone took my covered parking spot (something that had never happened before), and I began noticing an increase in weird people in the area, especially at night. Also, since Ariel came in, some residents have begun to use the parking as their personal car maintenance shop. Not good management or safety in the place.

Not anymore.
They have beautiful one bedroom units. Grounds are well kept and the pool is sparkling clean. Also a nice fitness center.
They have only 1 bedroom units. Electric is paid by tenant.
