To start off, I live in apt 1311. Overall this place has never been kid friendly theres no walk ways, I can’t walk around with my son around the complex. I had to break my lease due to german cockroaches. Not to mention every single one of my neighbors have them at this point. People i talk to that live in the front are dealing with them. Management is trying to address the situation but the problem is they’re still there. They told me I don’t have an infestation but i have seen several. Because of this issue they’re making me pay a large amount of money to get out of my lease. So be prepared a lot of apartments at this community are dealing with german cockroaches. It’s made this living situation extremely uncomfortable for me.

The office and maintenance teams have always been so nice! The water issues were starting to become more frequent but they replaced the boiler (yay!) so it has been 100% better since then!! So happy they took care of that! I adore my little apartment and plan to renew another year.

Living here for the past six months has been interesting. We lose hot water/water almost every other week so paying $30 a month for water is no fun. Office staff ignores you pretty much once you sign the lease. Getting mail/packages here is a risk, residents have problems with USPS not leaving the package key in their mailbox. Only plus to this place is the neighbors are kind. Not resigning my lease once this is over.

I moved in about 7 or so months ago and could not be happier. If you have lived in any sort of rental property before you know the struggles. Since the first day I visited the property the staff was more than kind. That was one of the big reasons I picked this property. They have continued to exceed my expectations. I have lived many places where maintenance was a struggle. Here I have not had a single problem. Anytime I needed something fixed or adjusted they were very very efficient and left me a detailed not of what was done and how they tested it to make sure it was working properly. They return emails promptly and take pride in their work. Very happy with my decision to live here!
