Management and maintenance are both truly excellent! They all go above and beyond. All of my neighbors are nice, and I do feel safe here. I would highly recommend these apartments.

It Happened At Midnight

I have lived here three years the mangers Tina and Shane and maintenance Todd and Tyler are great people. They will go the extra mile for you. The gym great and the club house is great. The complex is safe and quite. I think this place is the best complex to live at in Tucson. The only complaint I have is that I am not able to renew my lease for some strange reason and won’t tell me why.

I love living here. Feels safe and the people at the office are amazing and helpful. The maintenance guy is so great. Love the pool and grill and cafe and gym is okay. I would say it’s all great except maybe the somewhat thin walls so can hear neighbors at times but not too big issue. Would recommend this place if u want place on eastside

Out of all the places I've lived, this one is the best. A new management has recently taken over and they completely redid the landscape and things are much cleaner and kept up. The office staff actually answers the phone now when I call and the maintenance team is prompt to resolve issues.They weathered all the buildings, as well. For the amount I pay for a two bedroom, two bath apartment the space is huge in addition to the washer and dryer in unit which is hard to find in Tucson. Definitely worth checking out!
