Been here in the Q1 with Den and beautiful view of the east side of the Catalina mountains for over a year, and I love it. The area is great, although the parking lot is pretty cramped, but not a big deal. No homeless digging through dumpsters in this beautiful area of Old Spanish Trl/Gollob, and the desert beauty is abundant this close to the east side of Tucson. Maintenance is always quick, and I have only had minor things that needed fixing and they're always on top of it. Staff is friendly and the clubhouse is very nice. Pool area is smaller and more shallow than my former low income apartment complex, but much cleaner! I love the 3 water spouts that glow at night. It's a soothing sound when I'm there reading my book. The fitness room is definitely nicer, and the grill area is large and awesome. Only worry I have is rent being jacked up in the near future as many other places are price gouging tenants hardcore for some reason, forcing a lot of people to move out of places all around Tucson and Phoenix. Fortunately, The Place at Presidio Trails has not jacked up prices 40-50% like many other places have, especially the smaller apartments around town. Rent price is very reasonable even for new tenants right now at The Place, and I hope it stays that way because we are in a great location and the units are very spacious and beautiful! I really hope MC/Presidio Trails rent stays reasonable because I want to live here as long as I can because the location is amazing, and I am very happy here. This was a big move for me coming from low income area to a much bigger place, and I am so glad I found this place. There are newer places now in Tucson with state of the art appliances and full size gyms and what not, but they are also charging up to $2000 for a one bedroom. YUCK! The Place at Presidio Trails is right at the sweet spot I think with value for the unit size/location. I highly recommend The Place at Presidio Trails right now. Walking around this area and seeing all the lush desert life and estates here has been such a joy. It is also MUCH quieter out here on Old Spanish vs the madness on Golf Links!!!

We've lived in apartments before, but this is like living in a house!!! Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is actually BIGGER than the house we just moved out of and I'm absolutely in love with our apartment!!!!! Tiffany and Lexi in the office are so amazing and friendly, we were forced into a situation and they helped get our approval for our apartment right away!! I HIGHLY recommend The Place at Presidio Hills!!! I have an American Bulldog and they accepted her there......they're very pet friendly!!!

I have lived at Presidio Trails for a year and have been extremely pleased with my experience here. The office personnel are all very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful and safe place to live, and well taken care of. I also love their pet friendly policy. Communication with residents is a huge plus also. It is evident that the community feel is a priority here. Much appreciation to Tiffany, Lexi, and Adriana!

We moved to Tucson in one week after accepting a job here. Tiffany with leasing assisted us through everything super smoothly. We also brought our two Golden Lab dogs and our dogs loved walking and interacting with other dogs in the community. The landscaping is well kept and the apartments were more than we expected. It felt like living in a condo and not an apartment. When we needed assistance fixing anything the maintenance crew assisted as soon as they could never leaving us in a bind. Great experience and if we move back will look here first!
