I’m changing this back to one star. I was in an old unit and they non renewed me, which pretty much forced me out so they can renovate and charge a much higher rent. They did this to many residents. They offer you a measly 200 credit to stay and move into a renovated unit with rent that’s almost 1400 dollars. They won’t offer you that credit even if you move to another one of their properties. They’ll put you in a tough position without much care because they’re basically about the bottom line. I really hope that these types of rental companies have to take responsibility for what they did to a lot of residents just because they could. At least they gave plenty of notice, but it’s still sad to know that the law allows places like this to get away with these practices. I’ll be reaching out to my local congress person to see what I can do to help change the law so we don’t end up with more homeless people than people in homes. This boom won’t last forever.

Current tenant posting under an alias to avoid retaliation. This company owns multiple properties across tucson and tenants have zero representation in their lease agreements. Mc companies has ridiculously overpriced units that they’ll say abide by industry pricing in Tucson. But we all know that tucson is greatly overpriced in 2022. The parking lot isn’t safe from theft or vandalism. On top of that there’s a growing homeless camp due east of the speedway and houghton property. This property never feels safe. Mc companies doesn’t offer any modern accommodations to justify their marginal price increases over the last few years. Landlords that increase prices while the quality of their property decreases are the bottom feeders of American capitalists. Tucson should legislate against these out of state investment firms profiting from this real estate cash grab.

I loved the community of creekside, the appearance of the units, and the location. However, they are vastly overpriced, the office does not follow through with communicating or work orders, they will likely lose your paperwork (typical of AZ reality agencies not just MC), there are significant issues with plumbing being routed to incorrect apartments, etc. If you are in a pinch or in need of an animal friendly complex go for it, but be prepared for headaches. I was lucky enough to move into a three bedroom home with a private pool for only $150 more per month than this complex. Good luck in your rental search!

Sean was professional and thorough as well as well-mannered. He came in and replaced the broken appliance in no time. He removed all trash and cleaned up the area after the job before leaving. He's a good guy with good communication skills and I am glad he did the work for us here.

What do you mean??
My son in law pays $1200 for 2 bedroom. Do not have a price for a 1 bedroom

The kitchens are pretty open. Could use more cabinet space but the counter space is good. And the bedrooms are a decent size. Plus the neighbors are pretty nice.
