Great community! Suzon in the office is great at bringing people together for club functions. Amenities like steam bath, sauna, fitness room, billiads, hot spa and pool are hard to match. Highly recommend.

Wilmot North is a great community. The front office and maintenance people are friendly and responsive. The neighbors we've met are friendly and helpful. We love our apartment. It's older but everything works as it should. It would be nice to have a bigger kitchen especially the sink.

My grandparents moved here several years ago and now it is my grandma & me. The staff does a very good job of keeping things up. This is a property that was built in the 1970s, but anytime we've put in a request for a repair it has been dealt with timely and completely (John is amazing!). Suson & Penni in the office have always been helpful whenever I've needed to ask for something. Prior to the Covid-19 shutdown, we participated in regular community functions put on by the complex, and we look forward to being able to resume those once it is safe - we understand that as a 55+ community those safety precautions are temporarily necessary. Location is easy to get to grocery stores, shopping, medical offices, restaurants, & more. Quite happy.

Very happy here - love our apartment. Staff has kept up our maintenance during the pandemic, and facility has worked to keep the community safe from COVID-19 although we miss being able to have community get-togethers. We also enjoy many of our neighbors.
