This community is by far the best community I have ever resided in. The front office staff is always friendly and it’s never hard to get a hold of someone when needed. The community itself is very nice and quiet. The property is well taken care of. I can tell they really take the aesthetics of the property seriously. The landscaping is always looks nice and taken care of and everything outside always looks clean so it gives this area a peaceful and calm feeling. It’s a peaceful place to live at. They are pet friendly and my dogs love it here! There’s plenty of space around the property to walk them and I’ve always felt safe even when I walk them at night. They have a designated dog area where dogs can play and it is pretty big. They also have serval laundry rooms so it’s never hard to find an open machine. The unit itself is really spacious and I can tell they really make sure every single detail is taken care of in the unit before someone moves in. I have not had any issues with pests and the unit was really clean when it was handed over to me. Lastly, the location is perfect because it’s really close to grocery stores, restaurants, and retail stores. Overall, moving here was the best decision I have made and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to join the community!

Lived here over a year, management, office, and, maintenance is very friendly, respectful, considerate. Extremely fast service on maintenance calls. Grounds are kept very clean laundry facilities up-to-date. Love living here.
