My friend lived there last year for about only 5 months. In that short she lived there, her entire apartment was infested with huge roaches! She notified management who told her they would have someone go out and stay and they never did! When she moved out, they refused to give her the deposit back. Don’t rent there it’s the worst!

I've lived here for a year now, and I first want to say it has been a mostly positive experience, and other reviews do a great job highlighting the upside. However, upon renewing my lease this year I was told my property needs to be renovated, something that was not explained to me when I moved in. My lease is up at the end of the year, and I was told "we have a waitlist until October, we will keep you in mind in Dec/Jan" so there is absolutely no guarantee from management that I will have a place to move into. This is frustrating as I really do like it here and not only do I have to move after only living here a year and a half, but I also may have to switch complexes entirely. I was told by a neighbor that this has happened to other residents as well, so If you plan to move here please check with management that you are moving into a renovated apt.The complex alone is five stars which is part of the reason it is so frustrating that I may not be able to stay here, but management not giving me a definite answer on whether or not I will have somewhere to move when I am kicked out for renovation is extremely unfortunate.

Trish and Laura were extremely friendly, professional and responsive to all my inquiries when I was going through the application process. The community property is amazingly clean and well maintained. I absolutely love the design of the apartment homes, each unit has its unique private entry which is uncommon in apartment living. It's the perfect place anyone can call a home.
