Best hotel yet. While most Texas hotels stand out as is, this one beats them all. It had a very nice living room and the tvs were easy to use. The shower is very modern and is very clean. On top of that, each room has its own thermostat including the tub itself. The rooms even had their own floor.

A Downtown El Paso favorite!! A trendy atmosphere with a hip, artistic setting. The historic building is unique, and the rooms are stylish and cozy. There is a nice lobby bar featuring nightly drink specials and featured drinks. Behind the bar is a lovely outdoor space for letting the pooch out! I recommend staying at this historic location and fun staycation!!

Hugo Sapien

A clean room and courteous employees is a very basic expectation. Your valet parking attendants are outstanding, probably the result of their compensation scheme, front desk employees welcoming. Covid19 guidelines have changed, yet housekeeping is still by request. Somehow, I should've been made aware of that. That is ALOFT policy. At this point, it seems to be for the sake of savings rather than guest/employee safety. I will consider all other alternatives before returning. It takes more than hip decor. You need to cover the basics.

The staff was amazing! The hotel was gorgeous, all of the valets were super helpful; Sergio and everyone else provided amazing service and I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here and stay here myself again!
