There is only 2 handicap parking spaces and the hotel uses one of those spots for their airport shuttle. I mentioned it to an employee. They finally moved it the next morning when they had to take someone to the airport. They offer breakfast every morning. I saw the employee stick her hand in the trash can pushing the trash down to make more room. Without washing her hands and she wasn't wearing gloves, she immediately starts handling plates and napkins. And this is the person they have that is handling food. THIS IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!!

Check in was a nightmare. We got into a room and the AC didn't work, needless to say we were uncomfortable. The maintenance man was great and said he'd have the front desk get us a new room. Due to a shift change we had to wait until the 12 AM shift got in. Fast forward the front desk (woman) was completely unhelpful and rude! They ended up getting us into a new room and it appeared that the AC was also not working. By time employee (Jay) got up there the AC had kicked in. However, he came prepared to get us a new room and his customer service was on point. As a property manager I understand that sometimes clients can be impatient and our response is key. Jay handled the situation amazingly. Breakfast was amazing and the attendant was very nice and attentive. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling!

Stayed here for 2 nights first night was great front staff was very helpful. 2nd night parking was scarce, parked at Famous Dave's. When I asked the front desk clerk if there was closer parking he was very rude. He was racist towards some non English speaking customers. Later my wife went down to the front desk to get us towels. Jacob at the front desk was again very rude. Jacob needs to find a different job. Will not stay here again! If management reads this they need to have a lengthy talk with Jacob.

Manager and front desk staff were all very cordial. Room was clean and well supplied. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of top notch pillows. I was able to get the room dark enough for good daytime sleep by pinning outer curtains together... (SWEEET). Everything worked and was in good order... I'm very satisfied and looking forward to being a regular guest...
