Evening hotel desk clerk was not helpful. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. The door lock mechanism was broken, and desk clerk was not helpful when we briefed her on this. The room was not very clean with hair in the bedspread and sheets. The hotel is generally old and outdated and needs to be renovated.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it. We had a good stay last week here for one night. It is close to the airport and many restaurants. The Front Desk staff members were very nice, patient and helpful. They gave us nice suggestions for a scenic drive and downtown visit. We would like to come back in our future visits.

I stay here each time I come to El Paso. I keep saying I'm not anymore. There's no microwave or fridge. The bathroom is SUPER small. It is the noisiest hotel EVER! My second night, close to midnight and the guest around me are so disrespectful with the noise level. This is the last time and I'm a faithful Marriott customer.
