I travel and use Marriott exclusively due to the points. This hotel has a good location, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was a bit small, and they did have a full kitchen with utensils. Thats pretty much all of the good things. I won't be staying here again. I stood waiting to check in for 10 minutes at the front with no answer. The pool was FREEZING COLD. The service was slow and borderline rude. Breakfast was abysmal. They had cereal but no milk, very little waffle batter, no eggs, no fixings, and when I asked I got the excuse that "the breakfast person didn't come in" and "the breakfast truck didn't arrive". This hotel is good to get there and sleep, not much else.

Veronica and Elyssia were so amazing, from booking to arrival and everything in between. Breakfast was Covid friendly and dinner too, Monday thru Wednesday. So nice after a long work day. Definitely booking here again. Staff was friendly from pool towels to just smiling faces in the hallways. Happy we finally found a good hotel in El Paso.

The hotel was clean, but It’s a little outdated (Carpet, AC Unit) Staff and housekeeping were always nice. But it’s unfortunate housekeeping does not clean your room everyday. However, the beds were very comfortable, room was always fresh.

My room was clean and nice. It was the option I needed at the time, with a late checkout time of 12 noon. Backstory: my family's flight got delayed and their connector flight missed. The rental car was under their name. So having come to El Paso on a separate flight, I was kinda stranded with my snowboard and other luggage. The staff were friendly and very helpful and I'm thankful for their help. The lady suggested a restaurant across the street and I was finally able to get a good meal. Note that the breakfast at the hotel is minimal (make your own waffle, sausage biscuits, apple and orange, granola, sugary yogurt, etc) and left something to be desired, especially for those who have plant based diets. But I have to give 5 stars because the good far outweighed the bad and they made me feel at home to the best of their abilities.
