Worst stay ever. I booked a suite. First of all, the room was outdated. They need to desperately remodel. Counters are below waist high so it’s difficult to get ready in the morning. The TV and couch were terrible. Small and outdated as well. Terrible reception there. I couldn’t even send texts. There was also an issue with them booking my room to other guests after I had already checked in. They gave them a key to our room. Luckily we were in there so the safety lock was on. The guests were apologetic and went to the front desk to notify them. Then they deactivated both their keys and ours. I went to the front desk to tell them they were booking our room to other guests. Only got an apology. I had 2 very young girls with me so this was a big issue. The stairs that lead to the pool slide was covered in bird feces. It was caked on to the point where you can tell it’s days old. Really unsanitary and disgusting. I will be staying at the Embassy Suites next time. This hotel, no thanks.

Positive: All the staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, pool was nice. Negative: Our toilet in our room was not working, room needs remodeling. AC in the room felt like it was leaking and the carpet was wet. The pool slide was not available and think the hotel was overly priced for what we received.

Our stay was okay. Rooms have a smell to them and are dated. This hotel is very strict. They seem to be watching every move you make especially by the pool. They don’t let you bring in your own drinks. You have to buy from the bar. They limit you on the towels. Breakfast was okay.

My husband and I have stayed here countless times when flying out of the El Paso airport, mainly because of the location right next to the airport. However, we will never be back due to now discovering how dishonest the staff is. My husband left his $400 Bose headphones, a recent gift from our daughter, on the back of the bed. I called first thing that evening when we got home to ask if we could pay to have them shipped to us but was told I would have to call to talk to someone in housekeeping the next day. I called the next day and was told a message would be given to the gentleman in charge of housekeeping...nothing. I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager. I let her know what had happened. She was very apologetic and promised to look into it and call me back.....nothing. I called again and was told by another front desk employee that housekeeing did not report finding anything. I sincerely hope whoever snagged My husbands anniversary gift that My child saved up the money to buy from her little part time job enjoys them. They were really nice. If you stay here..WATCH ANYTHING OF VALUE YOU MAY HAVE!!!

Yes they do. Unless its a service dog need to let them know before arrival
There is an outdoor bar right in center courtyard. It's beautiful with lit fires on cool evenings.
Must be a guest. Last I heard the slide was not open on weekends.
Hmm not sure. I know you can't purchase day passes for the pool area but not sure about time share holders
I was just there for 9 days and never saw it open. Lots of locals prop the gate open and use the pool like a public pool. Might be a liability thing
Think the slide has specific times posted. What I stayed there I noticed that the slide was open at different times each day but I believe it closed at 10 each night. The pool was open every night until I went to bed there's always somebody in it. They had a lifeguard at the water slide, but I'm not exactly sure why. Bring your flip-flops or water shoes. it is crazy hot on the bricks around the pool on a nice sunny day and wet feet won't help you.
