The a/c in my room wasn't working. The room was quite warm plus the temps. outside were in the 90s. As a result my first night was not good. However, Sunday I was able to be moved to another room and the manager apologized and said the hotel would cover my first night's stay.

Nice and economic stay in this hotel in El Paso, TX area. Very quiet in the night and small but comfortable rooms. Not a very varied breakfast menu in the morning but out of it I definitely recommend it.

Stayed because of the pet policy. The rooms were pretty dingy, the anti-slip material in the tub was coming up and made the tub look gross. There was a small mini fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was quite nice, a good spread. The front desk receptionists were all very polite and helpful. Wouldn't stay here again just due to the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. The place needs a major overhaul, pool area as well.

The hotel room was in bad shape, $90 a night with no fridge or microwave is absurd. Bathroom door in room 215 barely closed, the toilet seat needs to be replaced, and the bed linens had stains on both beds. Also the one seating chair in the room was drawn on what looks to be a child's writing with a pen all over the seat. The location is great, but the property grounds and the rooms are in poor shape. As a Platinum Rewards Member, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room compared to other Wyndham properties.
