Whoes the genius that thought it would be a good idea to renovate both laundry buildings at the same time..? Other than that, decent apartment for the price, no bugs! They made the poor hard working maintenance men replace my buildings swamp coolers even though the previous ones worked fine.

Really bad staff, they lie to you and make up excuses they wanted me to pay way off my rent when we where already leaving. They wanted us to leave and pay $72 but now they don’t and want us to pay $1,050 like they just want to steal from you. I really don’t recommend this apartments to anyone

Pretty sad when you are paying over 1k to live in a tiny box with carpet and your ac doesn't work...I do not recommend moving here...

Property was wonderful and the neighbors were super nice and quiet, that is the only pro to living there. However, management is one of the worst I have ever seen in an apartment complex. It took them 2 1/2 months and the downstairs neighbor moving out to fix their loud toilet that could be heard every 5-10 seconds from OUR bedroom. We contacted them several times about it and management seemed incredibly dismissive and rude, they literally only care about the rent you pay every month. The swamp cooler blows hot air, another thing they need to fix which they probably won't. Several lightbulbs in the apartment just refused to work, and the fan for the stove top as well. The only time I have ever had a speedy fix was when our water heater wasn't working in November. I refused to contact them about any other issues because you cannot expect them to get it fixed They also don't respect disabled veterans and I have NOT heard good things about how they treat military personnel. Please do yourself a favor and move somewhere else or wait until new management begins to work there.
