Just signed my Second Lease! Very happy living here. Carlos and Management are SOLID! Not too loud and not too quiet. Real chill spot. The units are great and good quality. Any other complex my opinion is a DOWNGRADE. 5 STARS!

Read this.... I had a family member who lived at Quest for a few years and always responsible w his payments, suddenly Covid hit and he was unemployed. It was something out of his control. He didn’t ask to stay for free but requested time to pay debt asking Quest management to please not report him to credit bureau. They said they wouldn’t. Well it was all a lie. Despite he recommending people to move in and actually become tenants there.. to them it didn’t matter. They could of at least kept their word. So if you’re trying to find a place to live, Quest is not your place. They have no word or compassion. It’s all about them and no one else. Now his credit is deeply affected. Stay alert and don’t fall for lies.

I am very much enjoying living here over the past year. The building and the community amenities available to all residents are great (including the pool, gym room, etc.). The staff is incredibly pleasant. Whenever I've had minor issues with my individual unit, they work diligently to provide a resolution quickly. The apartment is very expensive for the neighborhood but I do feel like you get what you pay for in this case!

Very good experience. This staff is derserving of high trust because they are about the resident. Any maintainance issues are instantly taken care of and they have the best amenities. The location of the apartments is great! You have access to a lot of places on the east side and it’s a short trip to fort bliss, especially east Bliss. The inside of the apartment is great! Every guest I brought in was very impressed. I exploited the use of their kureg when I was there. The move out was very fast and thorough. My experience here was better than my experience at my last apartment. Trust me, I would not be moving out of it wasn’t for me coming down on military orders. My stay here set a high bar on what I think is a great living experience.
