Friday Saturday and Sunday ive had to warm up water in our stove to shower because we havent had hot water since then, every week its something in this apartments. I know this apartments are old but this is unacceptable, i have a 3 year old toddler and i havent been able to shower her all weekend. Today monday i will have to shower her the same way ive hab, hesting up water in the stove. We have the most loudests upstairs neighbors i have tried to talk to them nicely to see if they would watch their steps a little but they made more noise since i talked to them. I have had to call the cops a few times on them and the front office dont really care about either issue. Its really bad having to pay almost 1000 dollars in rent and not being able to shower with hot water or sleep peacefully.

Moved here in the month of September and have had nothing but problems. Oven did not work, the washer machines are consistently out of order and can only be used with quarters so you mine as well use a laundry mat. It’s very frustrating to carry all your clothes to the washing area to see that you have to go make change(not provided). They email us about everything else but can’t update us on this. Water has been unavailable so many times in multiple buildings, threatening residents to fix blinds to avoid fees as if we haven’t already paid deposits on the apartments. $1500 to escape this place and buyout your contract. Really thin walls, I have been sent many emails complaining of animals feces being on the patio however I live on the top floor and the dog owners are clearly downstairs. I can’t wait until my lease is up I wouldn’t recommend these apartments at all. Update: sooo tired of coming home from PT to a cold shower. The problems are never ending.

Hi, I moved in to these apartments in December 2020. I can’t recall a day where these 3 young ladies have not gone out of their way in helping me make my move easy. They have been attentive young ladies, meeting my needs and doing what they’re supposed to be doing in a professional manner. I am happy I chose these apartments to call my home and I am grateful for the ladies that work in the office, and the maintenance employees they have, since not all places have good hearted people working for them. Wether there are bad reviews or good reviews, I believe we should all be the ones to judge for ourselves. I personally have not had any negative issues nor think I will because since the beginning they’ve proven to be good people. Thank you management for having these apartments rubbed by caring good hearted people. May God bless you all for all you do and do not allow one negative remark bring your heads down, you are doing an amazing job and I am grateful for you all to be our management. Keep doing what you’re doing there will always be someone with a complaint, brush it off and keep moving. Thank you 😊

Moved in last year and has been an amazing experience. Raul the head of maintenance has always been so friendly and helpful. The response time is short and the fixes are professional and done right. Patty in the office has always been super nice and they are on top of notifying us of any impending issues not under their control. I love my Apartment it is very nice.
