Moved in around 5 months ago to one of their studios, management is reliable & they quickly respond to any inquiries. Place is quiet for the most part, it’s right next to the fire station & at first the sirens would bug me but my brain has now learned to filter them out, & I never notice them now. Walls are thin but my neighbors are considerate & don’t make too much noise which is nice because I work from home. Overall super peaceful and pretty apartments you’ll forget you’re living on dyer lol studios are small but perfect size for 1 person. Changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars because having an upstairs neighbor is rough, roof squeaks anytime they take a step.

Okay apartment but they increased our rent. When I left I did everything they asked me to, paid fees and got the carpet professionally cleaned. Not even 2 weeks later after I moved out they called me asking for a ton of money coming up with more fees trying to steal from me. Don’t let them con you

Renting my first apartment with Raintree and I definitely have to say i couldn’t have chosen a better apartment complex. The staff is always ready to help and Marissa is always ready to help in any situation.

Hello to who ever reads this. I had a very great and pleasant couple of years here. Very friendly and caring staff. Apartments are very well maintained and felt extremely safe during my years living here. Great prices it's a shame I have to move out of state. Highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you again to the staff for my time here.
