Las Norias Apartments

I truly do not know how to recommend this complex enough. I was a medical student in El Paso for four years and was blessed enough to call this place my home for all four years. It is rare that people stay at an apartment complex for so long, but Las Norias and its staff provides an abundance of reasons on why to do so. 1) They care about you and your family. One of the characteristics that always struck me about this complex and their staff was how they remembered even my extended family members' names, what was going on in my life during recent or previous conversations, and how we were enjoying our time living there. They were quick and attentive to every issue I raised over those four years, and Lorenzo and Angel were always responsive to my requests. 2) They were fair. I moved in to a 2 bed/2 bath on a contract deal, and they honored the price with minimal increase over my four years there. Many places will lure you in with a cheap deal, only to spike the price up and make have to choose whether to stay with an unfair price or move; not Las Norias. They only increased my rate about $20 per year due to increase in operating costs and increase in cost of living for El Paso. However, their first option was always to keep me there and renew my contract, versus trying to bring someone else in who would pay more. 3) It is a safe, quiet place. As someone who spent most of my time either studying or sleeping while at home in Las Norias, I did not want to be in the hustle and bustle of Central or West El Paso. I wanted a nice quiet complex to which I could retreat, and Las Norias always provided that. I never felt unsafe at any point, and this included even times when I would arrive from a shift after midnight or leave before 4 am, as well as times when I would run throughout the surrounding neighborhoods. To close out this long review, I want to reiterate that you cannot find an overall better complex with better people than Las Norias in El Paso. At the end of these four years there, I feel it is just simply the least I can do to convey how wonderful they are! If we were to have stayed in El Paso for my medical residency, we would have surely stayed at Las Norias. If you're looking for home, Las Norias is the best there is. - Joshua

This is a great community! We moved here from Dallas last year and the process was easy and smooth. Angel made it so easy to move in and was very attentive with everything. Once moved in, the community itself was a great place to live. Clean and Lorenzo the maintenance specialist was great and any issues that we had, which weren’t many were taken care off immediately. Move out was also painless. If we ever comeback to El Paso, we will definitely look to live here again.

I enjoyed living here for the passed 3 years. It is an extremely quiet, mature apartment complex with friendly neighbors. The maintenance man, Lorenzo is my favorite person in the world and the ladies in the office are very prompt with whatever concerns you need tending to. They make you feel very welcomed, and safe. It’s not like most apartment complex’s where you feel as though you need to walk on eggshells with the ones in charge of the place. Everyone is very kind within the office. I wouldn’t pass this place up if I were you! It’s a comforting, cozy environment. I cannot emphasize enough how calm and inviting this place is. It’ll be your nook away from the rest of the world.

Beautiful, quiet, clean - don't hesitate to live there. I lived at Las Norias for two and a half years and I miss it. The apartments are very spacious and well built. The complex itself is very beautiful and well maintained, and many of the neighbors are professionals and retired people, so everyone is interested in having a nice place to live - it's a scandal if one person doesn't pick up after their dog. Maintenance needs are quickly resolved, the air conditioning works very well, and the office staff are very professional and friendly. If I ever have the chance to move back I will.
