We lived here for a year + 3 months and had a great experience. Obviously, these are older apartments, but we noticed as tenants were moving out they were updating the flooring/appliances/etc. The Maintence team is friendly and professional. The office ladies have never caused us any problems at all. We had great neighbors and never experienced any major problems while living here. Pricing is great, close to schools/food/stores. We moved because needing a 3bedroom, but overall great experience!

Move in was horrible. I come back from deployment thinking I’ll have a nice place to stay and I get duped. Carpets were FILTHY. Gum and marker stains in carpet. Toilet seat not screwed down. Leaky faucet. Been here for three weeks and work order has not been filled yet. Told me they would just clean the carpets but they honestly need to be replaced.

Quiet place to live Clean location Decent monthly rent with cable and utilities Take their sweet time doing work orders Receptionist only answer when convenient Manager will help if you talk to her I asked to relocate if I sign another contract and wasn't given that option when two other tenants were able to. Window wasn't replaced when I paid for it. Stainless steel appliances were getting installed except mine. They entered my apartment without letting me know first.

Love this place so far, just moved in about a month ago. Erica, Vanessa, and Ryan are the friendliest management ive encountered so far. They're doing a terrific job! Utilities included except water for the price I'm paying is almost unbeatable. Plus the grass and appartments are really well taken care of. So far 5 stars in my book.
