Worst apts I've lived in. Put work orders in since April never got anything fixed maintenance would always put them as completed. Started fixing stuff when my lease ended. Had black mold growing in both restrooms. False advertising 2bed 2bath w/ "all utilities included" online was 740 in reality was 936-1000. When maintenance did come put a huge hole in my wall left like that for months. Still took all my deposit tho. My car also got broken into.

Please, if you are actually reading these reviews let these apartments be your last option or not even an option at all. When my family and I first moved in -literally the 2nd day our water heater broke... flooded our entire living room and dining area and it took forever for someone to come in to fix it. Caused damage to some of our couches, but it was okay for the most part being that we were already in the process of receiving a new living room set. Not even a week later, after that nightmare, we were calling maintenance for other issues with plumbing, water leaks from the roof, and our AC constantly messing up, to not working at all for a few days. We have a two year old, and she was sweating up a storm because maintenance was “busy” even though we constantly see them trying to improve look of landscaping around apartments or not doing anything at all. Apparently, that is more important than actually helping their residents. I wish I could be kidding about all this, but this isn’t even half of the issues. Reading all the reviews, my wife and I decided to take that chance and move in, even after reading everyone’s horrific experiences (I messed up bad).I take full responsibility for that, especially because we are now living here knowing all those issues to be true. Management always gives you the run around, and always says and I quote “We didn’t know” “We thought it was fixed” “We will find a solution”- excuses, excuses and more excuses. ALWAYS pointing the finger at someone else. But not a single person ever is/or was willing to get anything done professionally. This place is a joke to say the least. Maintenance is always outside walking around with their little blowers, blowing dirt, rocks and leaves into your porch area if you have one, or purposely dirtying you belonging or vehicles. This place is horrible... if you take the chance as I did, believe me, you will regret it within the first few weeks. Not worth paying almost $1000 for garbage. So please, if you’ve read this far. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is horrible, from management, to maintenance, to 3rd party workers, to the appliances, the construction, and everything in between. You will pay so much for the water bill even if you don’t use much water. We left for about two weeks and came back, and had to pay almost $100 in water only, because it is allocated. Don’t believe anything they tell you. We had never been late on a payment, always paid our monthly about 15 days in advance. We took good care of the apartment, for them to constantly make you feel like they could care less that this should be a place you call home, and do nothing to make residents feel comfortable here, or happy about where you live. Instead they make you feel like they just want you to move out because they do not want to invest any money in the apartments to make them a little bit more liveable-in. I genuinely hope this review helps you and your family decide. You can and will find something 20 times better than here, even if it’s a little more expensive, it’ll be worth it. Average payment at these apartments is $970 for a one bedroom. They’ll say it’s cheaper at first, but you’ll see the horrors you’ll be living in if you choose to move in. God Bless and best wishes! Oh, and PS: THE ROACHES ARE NO JOKE 😂 Those things crawl fast but not just on the floor, they climb walls. They’re the size of an average mans big thumb with long legs. 💀 You’ve been warned.

The apartments are ok but the manager Adriana is very unprofessional. She charged me 1800 for a total of 2 months and others fees. when I had fulfilled my contract; my 60 days notice was late so I had to complete those days. She had to charge me prorated rent for a few days or the move out early fee, plus she said I still had to pay water even though I wasn't living there anymore. She won't change anything and ruin my credit. I reported it to their corporate. They did nothing. And if you have a boyfriend or husband, I would think twice in taking him here with her.

I have lived here for a total of 7 years. Have been through 3 managers and the current one Adriana is the best by far!!!! She is always understanding and always ask about my family. Yes the rent is a bit high, but for all utilities paid. All I have to say is you get what pay for, in this case 5 star service!! The only complaint I have if any is I wish they had refrigerated air. Keep up the great work Adriana, Victor and the rest of the staff!!!!!
