I'm a Hot air-roast fan. I have two small consumer roasters, but, so far haven't made any improvement over the original popcorn popper. I bought this roaster several months ago and all arrived beautifully packed and intact. and , I just got around to installing the wiring, exhauster, ductwork and cabinetry at its final location. Yesterday, I roasted the first batch of my favorite bean. Wow! 3 lbs of my favorite bean in one batch, roasted perfectly!! Great manual, great instrumentation and intuitive controls! I'm a happy camper! Now I can keep up with the demands of my "barter friends" among the preppers here in the Ozarks,

Hands down the best company I have worked with! Purchased the Artisan Xe and cannot be happier with my purchase. The customer service is always above and beyond every time I have needed them. They are very professional and eager to help in anyway! GREAT company!!

Recently purchased the Artisan 3-e roaster. Loving it right from the very first roast. Could not be more impressed with this machine. Thanks to Ken and his wonderful staff for a fantastic machine and top notch customer service and support.

Coffee Crafters has the best customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased the Artisan 2.5 and am very happy with their product. I have had some questions along the way and they are always quick to respond and give great support and information. I have about 50 roasts now on my Artisan and am very happy -- my neighbors and friends are also happy with the great coffee. Some of them have subscribed to weekly deliveries and say that they could never go back to their old brand. I love this roaster and love Coffee Crafters!

Hey Marvin. Coffee beans need to climb in temperature from the beginning to end of the roast. If you lose that slow, incremental upward climb, then you lose some of the chemical processes that make coffee rich, sweat and chocolatey. Best to throw out such a batch and focus more on securing a reliable electrical source. Oh... and while we're on the subject. I'm curious if you're running your unit off of a 220-volt line? If you using a 6 M model you'll need to install a buck-boost Transformer to punch that voltage up to 240 volts perhaps that may be why you're having some electrical issues
Yes. My electrical contractor did a bit of leg work and found the correct unit for me. Thx
