Management at this place is predatory. They will take the hard earned money of their residents for what seems like made up fees. Upon speaking to management to resolve this issue I received no resolution that would give me my money back. At this point it’s occurred multiple times during my 12 month lease. Unfortunately there have also been issues with my unit itself (MOLD). Steer clear from this place as they do not aid in making your leasing period pleasant.

We’ve just moved in for like a month, and so far our experience is wonderful! Woodlake’s leasing team and maintenance team are super helpful and responsive. Our move-in process was smooth and easy thanks to Jerri and even when we had a small problem with the light fixing and under sink checking, Andrew from the maintenance team just took an action so quickly. He came in and got it fixed just within 3 hours after I requested it, so impressive! The complex has a very nice, green, and quiet atmosphere, neighbors are welcoming and friendly! We’ve been enjoying living here a lot.

To start with the good, I love the location - Everything I need is very close to me. Other than that, it's hard to find something good to say about Woodlake. Parking is all right - Not particularly bad or good. The work out equipment in the rec room is terrible and almost unusable. They don't refill the dog waste bags for a while when they're empty, leading to people not cleaning up after their dogs. The staff has not been friendly or very helpful since Woodlake changed owners. I rarely get notified when I get packages. Maintenance does a poor job and has left a mess almost every time, plus they don't notify you when the job is done. Rent is high (Though it's high most places around here). Finally, as if all of that wasn't enough, I filled out a survey once and got an email from someone high up (I forget their actual title) asking to send him an email if I wanted to talk about the issues I was having. I sent one and never heard back from him. Don't live here - It's not worth it.
