I was greeted by an extremely angry employee who first and for most demanded that I pull out our contract to "make sure you're delivering to the right store". After "proving" we could drop off at that location (even though U-Haul policy is that you can return at ANY location) he demanded that I had to hand fold every furniture pad or he would charge us for it. When I picked up the truck they told me, that the pads just needed to be in the truck. They told me they had to sort the pads themselves. After being screamed at for several minutes I just left, tired of being harassed. He then charged us for "cleaning" the truck I just spent 20 min sweeping out and also charged for fuel even though the gauge was in the exact same spot I was told to return them at.

This is based on multiple experiences we had at the store. We had ordered boxes online and went to pick up the next day. We were told they sold the last one and had no more for us. When we asked about how the mix up occurred the representative was extremely rude. Today my husband again went to pick up several moving boxes. He was moving them in batches from store to car. The same representative followed him to our car, implied that he was taking more than paid for and just out of the blue proceeded to check our trunk. He abruptly tried to leave when he saw he was wrong. My offended husband said he won't come back here to which the man rudely replied "Good!". This is awful awful customer service. Are you paying attention u haul? One star is way too high for this store. Absolutely pathetic customer service!

I came in to fill my propane tanks for memorial day and there was one person in line. I asked for help to fro Gary to fill my tanks. He told me I needed to come back at 11am because he was alone till then. I sat in my car for 5mins then saw another representative come out the store and asked him for help he gladly help me. Not sure why gary lied to me.

Garrett oh says you should park your vehicle a mile down the street and come back to pick up the U-Haul. There is no parking on site. They won’t let you drive the U-Haul home and even Uber back. This guy is the most Ridiculous, incompetent U-Haul representative I have ever encountered. I would not let this individual bag my groceries. Never do Business here.
