Great leasing and move in experience. touring the apartment and getting the lay of the land,from the Voda leasing team of Julie and Sam were excellent. Move in was perfect. Apartment was spotless and was able to get right in and get settled quickly. Sam and Julie answered all of our questions. Great experience o stall.

I recently moved to Voda Kirkland from Seattle and I am so pleased with my decision! The leasing/move in experience was seamless due to a well organized and professional staff that respond to inquiries quickly. The building is clean and well maintained even though I hardly ever see or hear a maintenance person, which makes me think they must be ninjas. My apartment is lovely. It's only 700 SF, but the open layout makes it feel larger. Plus there is plenty of closet and cupboard space. The appliances are modern and really nice. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a must for me! I also really love the heating/AC unit on the wall. It works just like central heating/AC where you can program it to keep the apartment at the perfect temperature all the time. This is important to us furry face mom's and dad's! And last but not least, the location is amazing! Once things go back to normal, I look forward shopping, dining out and participating in community events. I highly recommend Voda Apartments so if you're thinking about leasing, don't hesitate. Apply now!

I recently relocated to Kirkland and needed to find an apartment to lease. While I was searching online I stumbled upon Voda Apartments and immediately was drawn to the location. I contacted Voda and spoke to Julie Avery and Katie Ferguson, they answered all my questions and got my application started right away. The application process was easy, fast, and all done online; I got my apartment approved within a few days. The Voda staff provide great customer service and was very accommodating to my needs. When I saw my apartment I realize I didn’t like the layout and they were so kind to allow me to switch apartment room even when I have already sign the lease. I've truly enjoyed living with Voda Apartments. The location is second to none. All of the staff have been incredibly helpful and quick to answer any or all of my apartments. Noise has been a non-issue. Not to mention the appliances at the gym has gone beyond my expectations for a typical apartment workout facility.

Yes! Our office is open for in person tours from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturday.

Voda opened its doors to residents two years ago, in 2018!
Our standard pet deposit is $300 per pet that is refunded at the time of move out. Our one-time pet fee ranges from $300-$350 depending on the pet.
Yes! We have storage spaces that are attached to parking spaces for an additional $175 per month.
Our property features a two-level parking garage for our residents to utilize. Each space in the garage is reserved, and costs between $100-$175 per month depending on the location and features of the parking space (i.e. attached storage).
All of our residents are expected to make 2.5 times the base rent on a monthly basis. When applying, we ask for income verification in the form of offer letter of employment, two months of paystubs, or six months of bank statements.
Application fees are $44 per applicant over the age of 18. These fees are required along with a nonrefundable holding deposit of $300 to complete your application and submit for screening. After your screening is run, your security deposit is determined to be either the standard $300 or a higher deposit. Finally, as you get ready to move in, we ask that prorated rent for the first month is paid upfront along with the next month’s rent if you are moving in after the 20th of the month.
Our standard security deposit is $300, however some applicants may need an additional security deposit based on their screening results.
