Update: today is my last day after 3+years here and I still stand by my review. I will continue to recommend Slater 116 to my friends! Absolutely love living here. Great management. I've seen reviews saying it's expensive to live here. For what is offered, and the size of the apartments, it is extremely affordable compared to other modern apartments in the Kirkland area. Best apartment living experience is had in 10+ years

Just recently moved in, the staffs are very helpful and the quality and maintenance status of the apartments are better than average. Very nice place to live in.

I lived here for just over a year. It was a great place to live as the building is fairly new and close to the 405 freeway. I mostly interacted with Sam (leasing) and Jason (maintenance). They were both great! Both were always friendly and responsive to any concerns/issues that I had.

Love living here! The only negative thing I have to say about this place is the parking. The apartments do not come with a free spot and, but you do have to option of paying something like $75-$100. Otherwise, friendly staff, nice units, nice views and a convenient location.
