Applied for a one bedroom apartment and was eager to move in. However Blanca called and notified me that a two bedroom opened up for only $20 more dollars. I was excited and followed up with the application process. When I finally was ready to.sign the contract the price jumped $130 dollars a month. I had asked her prior how much I would be paying and she told me that she would let me know she was really busy. Never did. Not something I could afford. Then I got a statement saying I forfeited my $150 deposit for canceling. I have been calling but my calls go to voice mail. Terrible apartments.

This would be the second time I write this review, for some reason first one was removed. stay away from these apartments, the worst apartment renting experience I have ever had. I moved into these apartments cause unfortunately I had to move unexpectedly, & quick, 1st thing is both woman managers are disrespectful rude & nosy, 2nd the apartments are horribly made and old, the closet doors are bearly hanging on by the hinges, dishwasher does not work, AC bearly works they claim they Pay all utilities but I have paid electric every month I have been here, they will harass you in your own apartment, once while I was showering the blonde lady from the office came and banged on my door so hard she terrified my daughter and made her cry, If these apartments really want to improve the first thing that should be done is to replace both lady’s in the front office they do not do their jobs. ⚠️STAY AWAY ⚠️EL PASO HAS SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS. WORST APARTMENTS IN EL PASO.

Worst place I lived in I was there 6 months and let me tell u I payed electricity every month since I lived there what they don't tell u is that the first 40 dollars is payed and the rest is on you! Second it's a 35 dollar deposit to use the gym which has like three things in that room. Then in the summer the damm apartment was hotter than the outside. So I used a portable ac but only one room cools and if I put it in the living room it wouldn't cool bc door has to be open a little and to top it off bc I had a portable ac my electric bill was over 150 bc they only pay 40 but u have to be comfortable rather have central air and pay 70 a month and have all my apartment cold than one room at a time and pay over 150 do the math. Sucks bringing the hamper from upstairs to go down a stairs and wash every week I recommend a better place for a little more.

In September 2015 will mark 3 years I've been living in these apartments. I have very little to complain about for the value this complex offers. Utilities are included with the rent, along with that free basic cable is provided. I live in a one bedroom apartment and the space is alright, it could be a bit bigger, but along with thathe comes a higher cost. The neighbors are quite respectful with the exception of family gatherings every now and then which is normal, afterall, the majority of us all have family and friends. There is pest control coming in every 2 months to KEEP YOUR APARTMENT PEST FREE so be grateful for that :) the office does require your pantries and cabinets to be empty so the chemicals don't fall on your items and sometimes it can be inconvenient but it's for your own good. Sometimes the AC is hot so just place a work order and it'll be taken care with an easy fix, which by the way, big kudos for Oscar the technician. The office and him are a great asset that I really appreciate. They really make my time worthwhile and they're one of the reasons I'm hesitant to relocate :) every now and then there are events in Americas high school so it could be a bit noisy but come on, don't be an old dart and ruin the fun for them. Also the complex does prohibit washing your cars and working on them. It's a hassle with that but if they did allow it, the parking lot would be a mess full of oil and other junk some people simply just leave there. In conclusion, in this area you will pay around 750 plus all utilities and cable for a one bedroom, so this place is extremely well over valued and has easy access to the highways.
