I loved living here. I lived here for two years with no issues. Amanda was sooo sweet and Oscar was very helpful. Whenever you needed anything dealing with maintenance Oscar would be there. Pest control came every month so you can assure you won’t have to worry about bugs. It was a very nice complex and if you had a package come, you could opt for Amanda to sit it in your apartment for you. Rent was a good price. I don’t have any complaints at all about this place and I would highly recommend to anyone in the El Paso area looking for a gated community on the east side of El Paso. I must not forget the commute to work was quick.

We enjoyed living there from day one. The view of the mountains and the city, we got from our bedroom window, from the entrance was phenomenal. The balcony had a nice view of the patio. Maintenance was on point, Oscar knows his stuff and always willing to help. He took our old washer out from the apartment unit. Amanda was always friendly, providing the best customer service with an awesome attitude to all tenants. Amanda, always trying to get all the tenants involved in the complex activities. Even though parking was an issue at times, and we got our parking space taken a couple of times, all tenants were respectful. Since, my husband works from home, his clients never had an issue finding available parking space on the free designated space. Plus the location was Phenomenal!!! very accessible from different parts of the city and easy access to the loop 375 and I-10.

Lived here for about 2 years and I highly recommend them. It's peaceful, quiet and I never had any trouble living there. I only moved because I needed to be closer to work. Amanda was great and Oscar was such a pleasure everyday. If you need a place that's calm and you just want to be left alone, this is the place! Thank you Amanda and Oscar for everything you did for me. Miss you guys.

Absolutely love living here. Amanda and Oscar are amazing. Amanda does party's for us and they are so much fun. Neighbors are very nice. The community is quiet and super calm. Oscar is so quick to help with work orders and even helped me when I moved in 2 years ago. He is always so happy to do his job. I recommend you to come see Amanda and Oscar you won't regret it.
