The service was excellent. Once Management was quick, responsive and very helpful with getting aporoval and screening taken care of. They also went the extra mile to make sure things got completed quickly! Xiomara and Patty are great, understanding and persistent in their efforts to help people out!

Questions & Answers

These guys are jerks and not informative. They called me on Saturday to come down for an appointment so I scheduled for next Saturday. A lady called me today and said there was only a 3 days???

They are real pieces of work there manager just sits complaining and does nothing all day. And makes false accusations.

So my husband and I applied April 19th and we’re still in the process which is fine I totally understand some things take time but, we were also told by a office lady that it isn’t their duty to call us and keep us updated and or tell us if-

You have to go inside the office and fill out an app for the wait list. Calling wont put you on the list.

Does anyone know about the pet policy what pets are allowed? And how much deposit is ?

You are allowed pets, but the deposit is unknown to me, cause as far as I know if it's a service animal they can't charge a deposit. That's the way it is in Washington anyway.

We got told if we did receive a call it was a curtsey call. So do we call everyday and bug to check or what do we do?

Go into the office and apply for the waitlist

So me and my fiancé don’t get any assistance or anything but we make the income guidelines. Should we be able to get approved since we’re paying for our rent from out of pocket ? Or are we gonna be put on a waitlist ? Is the waitlist for housing?

Just because you don’t get “assistance or anything” doesn’t qualify you to bypass a waitlist. Whether you pay for your rent out of pocket or get state assistance waiting lists are for EVERYONE.
