I was super nervous because of the reviews, but guys hear me out. I'm a super observant picky person and I decided to call and schedule an appointment to get a feel of the place myself and I'm super glad I did. These people are under NEW management and it shows it really does because the staff are super nice and respectful their communication is great if you have an issue they do what they can to resolve it. Not only that but the maintenance crew are just as great these guys are on it even if it’s the smallest things these guys are super respectful and upfront of the issues you have big or small and they get it done as soon as they can. The only bad thing I would say right now is there is only one dumpster in the whole complex they most definitely need another one bc that is a walk. Other then that it’s great I really give this place credit bc the staff is really trying to turn this place around from what is was especially for the price and all that it comes with. In my eyes it’s a steal but Just go do what I did call and get a feel for this place yourself and see if it’s for you just like me and my family did. There's a great feeling you have living there at ORCHARD PARK APARTMENTS ( like your now at home ) friendly, safe (room's in apartment large enough to have a family life) well maintained (IT'S NICE)

Never keeps up with maintenance has repeatedly asked them to deal with the mold that grows on the window that has been broken for a year now

I have put in several request to have some one fix my carpets and mold issue all I get is sorry we don't have time to come out and do that I even offered to pay for it.
