Lived in this complex for almost two weeks now and my apartment is infested with bed bugs. The manager here seems to think it’s a joke and has laughed and snarled multiple times in person and over the phone when trying to discuss the issue and now my calls are being ignored on a corporate level. My poor 6 year old is absolutely COVERED head to toe and is miserable. I feel at a complete loss and my heart is broken for me and my family. I definitely don’t recommend coming here.

I have lived here many many years and have no major complaints. Very good location if you don't drive. I have NEVER ever had an issue with any kind of bugs nor have any of my neighbors that I know of. When I have a maintenance issue it is dealt with within a reasonable amount of time. The staff are easy enough to get along with if you aren't an unreasonable want want type of person and think this is the Taj Mahal instead of your ordinary apartment complex. The tenants are for the most part, easy to get along with and you can form long lasting friendships. I can honestly say there has only been one tenant who has caused major problems for basically everyone around, and they have been my only complaint.

Lived here off and on for 15 years, and I can tell you these apartments have come along way from the white walls with blue stripes. while every apartment complex has its share of issues what matters is if the issues get resolved quickly and effectively and here they have, while there might be times where they are short staffed on site they still try there best and that's all I can ask. Very good place to live if you like to walk more then drive as everything you need is within 3 blocks of the apartments the landscaping is done every week and the dumpsters are emptied almost every day. the only negative thing I've dealt with in these apartments is other residents being loud past the 10 pm time but the managers are quick to fix it if you let them know 5 out of 5 keep it up

I lived there for 11 years & the maintenance is great and they are there when you need them. But the only negative thing is there are dog owners that are not picking up their pets poop & I'm so glad that the manager is fixing that problem. One big positive thing is the apartments are clean, family friendly to live at, Mckay high school is near by and there is a bus transportation for Scott Elemartry School, and there are grocery stores and restaurants near by too.
